Welcome dancers! This class will go through the Basics: Abs, Pelvis, Hip Basics and Arms, followed by a fun combination to tie it all together. We learn posture, terminology, the roots of Bellydance and more! I design each course so that it is filled with drills to strengthen and awaken new muscles. Enjoy the workout for mind, body and soul!

Hi dearest beginner bellydancers, my name is Belinda and I'm located on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, founder and director of Bellydance Sunshine Coast.

This is the very first class out of a Series for Beginners Classes and will run through the basic moves and terminology. There is much to learn! Please note that I encourage you lay strong foundations in your dance practise, so that you may gain confidence to improvise and ultimately dance from a place of mindlessness, timelessness, and harmony with the music and the moment.
